As the Managing Director of Pickles Recruitment, I'm all about making those perfect matches—whether it's pairing top talent with manufacturing powerhouses or figuring out where to grab the best ice cream after a long day. Recruitment is a serious game, but that doesn't mean we can't have a laugh along the way.
When I'm not scouting top-tier talent, you'll find me chasing after life's greatest joys: discovering new restaurants, spoiling my four-legged best friends, and enjoying an endless supply of ice lollies and ice cream. (Yes, I firmly believe dessert is a valid motivator in life and work!)
My philosophy? Great teams, like great recipes, are all about the right mix of ingredients. And I'm here to make sure every employer and candidate finds their perfect flavour of success.

As Pickles Recruitment's Business Support Executive, Katie is the go-to person for payroll, invoicing, compliance, and keeping the team organised with PA support. Whether she's making sure candidates get paid on time, clients receive accurate invoices, or compliance boxes are firmly ticked, Katie keeps everything running like a well-oiled machine.
Known for her eye for detail, can-do attitude, and ability to keep on top of a hundred things at once, Katie is the calm in the recruitment storm. While the consultants are busy finding brilliant people, Katie is behind the scenes making sure the entire Pickles operation stays on track.
Quite simply, if it needs organising, fixing, checking, chasing, or sorting... Katie's already on it.
