🔧 FLT Driver - Counterbalance licence – Stalybridge

6.00am – 2.00pm | 2.00pm - 10.00pm Monday to Friday

£13.22 per hour

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Counterbalance Driver to join our busy team based in Staybridge. This is a temporary ongoing position offering consistent weekday hours, with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate FLT (Counterbalance) – approx. 80% of the shift

  • Load wagons with pallets of cardboard

  • Pick up and move pallets of cardboard throughout the warehouse

  • General stock movement using FLT

  • Manual handling of stock/pallets for around 20% of the shift

  • Assist with general warehouse duties to keep operations running smoothly

  Requirements:

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (must be in date)

  • Experience in warehouse/FLT roles

  • Willingness to do manual tasks (not just driving)

  • Reliable and hardworking with a team-focused attitude
