Experienced Account Manager

Salary: £26K Location: Audenshaw Hours: 40hrs/week

Pickles Recruitment are hiring on behalf of our client in Audenshaw. They are a well-established manufacturing company. They require an experienced account manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for solely looking after a large client account.

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Looking after a specific customer; building and maintaining relationships.

• Taking orders over the phone and through the online system.

• Looking after the process from start to finish, processing orders, tracking orders, and finalising them.

• Liaising with internal department such as production to check the progress of orders and time frame for deliveries.

• Liaising with the project/art department to create bespoke orders for example, the customer logo needs to be on the products.

Candidate Specification:

• Strong account management and customer service skills.

• Confident and can hit the ground running.

• Straight talking and down to eart 

• Lively personality

Salary:

£26K to start.

Working Hours:

Rotating hours weekly

• 9am-5pm Week 1

• 8am-4pm Week 2
