Sales Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the Sales Department by managing customer surveys and contract administration, ensuring seamless operations and excellent client experiences.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a firm grasp of administrative processes in a sales environment, and be confident using technology and computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring all survey and contract documents are accurate and updated using our in-house design software and CRM System.

  • Manage customer inquiries efficiently, delivering outstanding customer service via telephone and email.

  • Track and follow up with Sales Representatives and Surveyors to ensure contracts are completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency across the organisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with digital tools and systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar administrative role is essential.

  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Tech-savvy and open to embracing new technologies and digital workflows to enhance efficiency.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
