Customer Service Assistant

SALARY £30K

LOCATION - STOCKPORT

Pickles Recruitment are hiring for our well-established client based in Stockport.

This is a niche vacancy within a specialised industry.

You will join a small but mighty team of 3 as a customer service assistant manager overseeing the office operations and taking charge when required to. This is not a management of people position; it is taking control / stepping up with customers over the phone etc. Aiding to solve queries / troubleshoot / diagnose any potential sewing machine query.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Being the first point of contact for clients and customers and dealing with situations.

  • Dealing with queries and quickly resolving and responding to customers.

  • Administration duties when required.

  • Dealing with internal department such as Spares and Technical to trouble shoot, diagnose and resolve issues or queries for customers.

  • Resolving issues or advising on sewing machines.

  • Scheduling and organising travel and overnight stays when required.

  • Dealing with education sectors/tutors to schedule and book training sessions within the business.

We are looking for a team player who can go the extra mile and support the team.

Due to the company interest, there will be annual exhibitions that are mandatory to attend. This will be paid for and organised in a timely manner.

 

Working Hours:

  • 9am – 4:45pm

  • Monday-Friday
