The Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team, taking ownership of day-to-day operations while building the infrastructure that supports international growth.
You’ll introduce process discipline, create scalable workflows, and ensure the business runs smoothly as it continues to expand into new markets and divisions.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with genuine scope to grow into senior leadership as the company scales.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Leadership
Own and manage day-to-day business operations
Design and implement internal systems and workflows
Identify inefficiencies and introduce scalable improvements
Create structure and documentation in a fast-moving environment
Finance & Commercial Oversight
Oversee client invoicing processes
Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up
Support financial reporting and performance tracking
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll processes for a growing team
Maintain essential compliance frameworks
Support contractor and international workforce administration
HR & People Operations
Manage internal HR administration
Oversee onboarding processes
Build scalable systems as headcount increases
Executive & Founder Support
Coordinate travel and logistics
Act as the operational right-hand to founders
Free up leadership to focus on strategic growth
