🔧 Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ashton-under-Lyne
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5pm
Job Type: Permanent
Pickles Recruitment are recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team based in Ashton-Under-Lyne. We’re on the lookout for a down-to-earth Customer Service Advisor who’s great with people and keeps things running smoothly at the front. You’ll be the first face (or voice) customers deal with — whether they’re booking a detail, asking for advice, or checking in orders.
You’ll need to be confident, good under pressure, and able to manage your own workload without constant supervision.
🔨 The Role:
Welcome customers in person, online, and over the phone — bookings, queries, updates, and general advice.
Talk through our detailing packages and recommend the best options based on customer needs.
Keep the booking system organised and running like clockwork.
Update customers on progress and turnaround times.
Handle payments, invoices, and any aftercare advice.
Deal with complaints or concerns calmly and professionally.
Liaise with the detailing team to make sure work is completed on time and to standard.
Keep the front-of-house area clean, tidy, and welcoming.

Experience in a customer service role —
Friendly, approachable, and clear when speaking with customers.
Organised and able to multitask — especially on busy days.
Able to manage your own time and take initiative.
Comfortable dealing with all sorts of people — calm when things get hectic.

Paying up to 26k per year - DOE
