Warehouse Manager
Location: Tameside
Salary: £35,000 Hours: Days- Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

We’re working with a fast-growing UK-based business operating within a specialist product market, supplying customers across the UK through a strong e-commerce platform.
The company has built a solid reputation for quality and service, and due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their warehouse operation with the addition of an experienced Warehouse Manager.
The Role
This is a hands-on Warehouse Manager position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse operation.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, stock is well managed, and the team operates smoothly within a fast-paced environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations
Manage goods in, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Maintain stock control and carry out regular stock checks
Identify and implement process improvements
Supervise and support a small warehouse team
Ensure health & safety standards are followed
Liaise with internal teams to support operations
Monitor performance and drive efficiency
About You
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Manager role
Experience within e-commerce or fast-paced distribution preferred
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Hands-on approach – willing to support on the floor
Experience managing or supervising a team
Good understanding of stock control processes
Comfortable working in a growing business environment
Desirable
Experience with e-commerce fulfilment systems
Knowledge of courier platforms and dispatch processes
