We're on the lookout for a Wiring & Assembly Operative to join our all-star squad. You’ll help create high-quality, precision-made lighting for the pharmaceutical and cleanroom industries (basically, really important, really cool stuff).

You bring the good vibes and willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training, the tools, and a team that actually makes work fun. Plus, tea. Lots of tea.

🔧 What You’ll Actually Be Doing (AKA: Your Superpowers):

⚡ Assembling everything from LED boards to gaskets to glass – making our lights shine (literally).

⚡ Wiring up light fittings like a total pro (or learning how to become one).

⚡ Testing finished products to make sure they pass with flying colours.

⚡ Labeling, packaging, and palletising like the absolute legend you are.

⚡ Keeping your workspace looking sharp – tidy bench, tidy mind.

⚡ Jumping in to help your teammates and making the workday fly by.

⚡ Spotting ways we can make things even better and sharing your ideas.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
