About the Role
Do you love cooking, enjoy variety and thrive in a busy kitchen?
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Chef to support a very busy Head Chef in a friendly golf club environment.
This isn't necessarily a Sous Chef position, and we're not looking for someone to run the kitchen. We need someone who can roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and help deliver great food!
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing fresh lunches, main meals and desserts
Catering for weddings, christenings and special events
Preparing buffets and three-course meals
Supporting the Head Chef with food preparation and busy services
Helping keep the kitchen running smoothly
Experience and Skills Required
Previous experience as a Chef
Confident cooking a variety of dishes
Experience with functions and buffets would be ideal
Reliable, organised and a real team player
Flexible to work around events and busy periods
