Location: Hyde, Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pay: £15.50 per hour (Temp to Perm)
Pickles Recruitment are searching for a seasoned Industrial Paint Sprayer to join one of our fabulous clients in the Hyde area. If you know your HVLP from your airless and you’ve got a steady hand and a sharp eye for detail, we want you on our radar.
This is a temp-to-perm role for someone who’s ready to get stuck in and stay put. You’ll be working on high-end fabricated metal components—precision and pride in your work are non-negotiable!
The Role:
Industrial spray painting of metal fabrications using airless and conventional techniques
Surface prep and coating application to strict thickness and quality standards
Maintaining spray guns and equipment like they’re your pride and joy
Keeping a tidy and safe working environment
Meeting deadlines and smashing quality targets
You’ll Need:
Solid experience in industrial paint spraying (ideally heavy metalwork/fabrication)
Airless spray experience – big bonus points!
Ideally ICATS qualified (Industrial Coating Applicator Training Scheme) – but we’ll consider experienced sprayers without
A keen eye for detail and quality control
Reliable, punctual, and able to crack on independently
Extra Brownie Points For:
(Not essential, but would make you stand out like a freshly painted Ferrari in a sea of Fiestas)
FLT Counterbalance licence
Experience using overhead cranes
