Location: Denton
Hours: Full-Time or Part Time , Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We’re on the lookout for a confident, driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team here at Pickles Recruitment.
If you’ve got the gift of the gab, love building relationships, and can spot a sales opportunity a mile off – this could be right up your street.
What you’ll be doing:
Making business-to-business sales calls (new and existing clients).
Building lasting relationships with decision-makers.
Promoting our recruitment services and finding opportunities for growth.
Working towards targets – and smashing them.
Keeping everything logged and up to date on our system.
What we need from you:
Strong track record in B2B telephone sales.
Recruitment industry experience? Brilliant. If not, similar industries will be considered.
Proven history of hitting targets.
Confident communicator with great people skills.
Self-motivated, resilient, and not afraid to pick up the phone.
