We’re offering a seriously chunky £40,000 base salary (yes, you read that right) – but before you start picturing yourself coasting on our payroll, let’s set the record straight:

This role is for a proven recruiter. Someone who can consistently bill £130K+ a year, not just once by accident, but year after year because they know how to hunt, win, and deliver.

If your CV is full of “nearly hit target” or “smashed KPI’s (but can’t prove it),” save us both the bother.

• A track record of six-figure billings (proof required – league tables, P60s, trophies, screenshots, carrier pigeon, whatever).

• Business development swagger: cold calls, client meetings, and closing deals don’t scare you.

• The hunger to earn serious commission (because the £40K base is just the starter, the real money’s in the bonus).

• Thick skin, quick wit, and zero fear of graft.

·         Managing payments, receipts, transfers and legal aid billing

·         Handling disbursements, expenses, and general ledger entries

·         Ensuring compliance with Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) accounts rules

·         Producing financial reports as required by management

·         Working closely with fee earners and support staff to maintain financial accuracy and compliance

·         Liaising with accountants and auditors when needed

What we’re looking for:

·         Previous experience in a Legal Cashier role (essential)

·         Solid knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules

·         A methodical, accurate and discreet approach to work

·         Strong IT skills – especially Excel and legal accounting software (Leap, Quill, etc.)

·         Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure

·         A trustworthy team player who can work independently when needed
