Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
We’re recruiting for our client in Chadderton — a busy manufacturing business looking for a proper organised legend of an Office Manager.
This is the role for someone who’s always on it… juggling tasks, leading a small team, and keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine while production is in full swing.
You’ll be doing things like:
✅ Running the day-to-day office admin
✅ Managing a team of around 5 staff
✅ Keeping paperwork, orders and systems under control
✅ Being the link between office, production, accounts & management
✅ Overseeing invoicing, POs, credit control & reporting
✅ Handling customer and supplier queries professionally
✅ Keeping everything compliant, accurate and on time
We need someone who is:
⭐ Experienced as an Office Manager / Senior Administrator
⭐ Calm under pressure (manufacturing gets busy!)
⭐ A strong leader with a “get it sorted” attitude
⭐ Super organised with great attention to detail
⭐ Confident with IT systems and communication
