Food Process Operative’s
Salary: £12.60 phr Location: Stockport Hours: 8.30am - 4.302.00.pm (Monday - Friday)

What you’ll be doing:
As a Production Support Operator, you’ll play a hands-on role in preparing extrusion machinery, blending raw materials, and supporting operations across automated packing lines and our bakery. You’ll be part of a close-knit team committed to quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare extrusion manufacturing machinery for daily production
Accurately blend raw materials following batch specifications
Support automated packing machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues
Assist in bakery production tasks as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Complete daily and weekly clean-downs of equipment and work areas
Keep clear and accurate records in line with HACCP and company standards
Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to meet production targets
