FLT Counterbalance - Shifts

Location: Tameside Hours: 6am - 2pm Rotating 2pm-10pm

What you’ll be doing:

Pickles Recruitment are working with a well-established business in Tameside who are looking to recruit an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and confident in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Moving stock and materials around the warehouse

• Supporting goods-in and dispatch operations

• Manual handling and general warehouse duties when required

• Following all health & safety procedures on site

• Working as part of a friendly and supportive team

Requirements

✅ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (in-date)
✅ Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
✅ Good attention to detail and strong work ethic
✅ Ability to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10)
✅ Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
