About the Role
Pickles Recruitment is looking for a highly accurate, detail-focused Warehouse Operative to join a busy production and warehouse environment.
This is NOT your typical warehouse role!
We're looking for someone who has an exceptionally keen eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to carry out intricate, hands-on tasks to a consistently high standard.
The work involves handling delicate products, carrying out precise assembly and finishing tasks, and completing thorough quality checks to ensure every item meets strict standards.
This is a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to work efficiently without compromising on accuracy or quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
Carrying out intricate, hands-on assembly and finishing tasks.
Carefully inspecting products for even the smallest imperfections.
Using handheld tools and equipment to complete precise tasks.
Ensuring products are finished to exact specifications.
Maintaining consistently high quality standards throughout the shift.
Working at pace to meet daily production targets.
Handling products carefully to prevent damage or defects.
Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and organised.
Experience and Skills Preferred
An exceptional eye for detail. This is absolutely essential.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
The ability to carry out repetitive, intricate tasks with precision.
Someone who notices small imperfections that others might miss.
The ability to work quickly while maintaining extremely high standards.
Good concentration, patience and accuracy.
Previous experience in quality control, detailed assembly, production or finishing work would be advantageous.
Reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
Important
Speed and accuracy are equally important in this role.
We're not simply looking for someone who can work quickly. We need someone who can work quickly AND get the finer details right every single time.
