About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Packing Operative to join a busy, fast-paced online dispatch department!
THIS IS NOT JUST A PACKING JOB!
Accuracy is absolutely essential! You'll be responsible for checking delivery notes, ensuring the correct products are selected and carefully packing orders ready for dispatch.
Duties and Responsibilities
Checking delivery notes and order details accurately
Ensuring the correct products are matched to each order
Packing products carefully and efficiently
Spotting errors before orders leave the warehouse
Working at speed to meet daily dispatch targets
Experience and Skills Preferred
Previous experience in a similar packing or online dispatch role is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Very good reading, writing and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand and follow written instructions
Confident working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, organised and able to work accurately under pressure
You MUST be able to work quickly without making mistakes. Sending out the wrong product is not an option!
