About the Role
We are looking for reliable and hardworking Temporary Order Pickers to join a busy garments warehouse in Stockport.
You will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing clothing orders using handheld scanners, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Pick garments accurately from warehouse locations using handheld scanners.
Scan products and locations to ensure order accuracy.
Check quantities, sizes, colours and product details.
Prepare picked orders for packing and dispatch.
Replenish stock when required.
Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety requirements.
Work to daily productivity and accuracy targets.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous warehouse, order picking or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
Experience using handheld scanners/RF scanners is advantageous.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, punctual and willing to work as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Physically fit, with the ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
